I have become a Pinterest addict.  I keep pinning cool craft ideas and never do them, so I decided to change that.  My first attempt was Cookie Monster Cupcakes.  My girls and I had a great time making them.

I used white chocolate melting rounds for the eyes.  I tried to use chocolate chips for the pupils, but as you can see that didn't work out so well.

So I piped melted chocolate chips instead.

I used my entire jar of blue sprinkles.

Classic Chips Ahoy's, I think they are Cookie Monster's favorite.

This was definitely a kid friendly project.  We had a great time stuffing eyes and cookies.
